Ticket valid for single-day visit to Oakes Farm on exact date and arrival time listed on ticket. Timed ticketing in effect - plan to check-in at admissions within 30-minutes of your designated ticket time. Early arrivals will not be accepted.

Ticket Change Policy:
You may change the date and time of your ticket up until 11:59 on the day prior to your visit, pending availability of new date and time. Same day change requests will not be honored. All sales final - NO cash refunds.

Forced Closure Policy:
Oakes Farm is NOT a rain-or-shine facility. Notifications regarding weather-related closings are posted on our Facebook page, and we encourage you to check before you come if it has recently rained or if rain is forecast for our area. In the event we are forced to close due to weather or FOR ANY REASON, we will send anyone who purchased tickets for that time period a credit good for the amount paid so they can reschedule
